Raising a concern
If our reply does not resolve your issue, please write to us at hello@northwise.com and explain your concerns in detail. We will look into your complaint, check whether the correct procedures were followed, and get back to you as appropriate. We aim to finish our review within 15 working days of receiving your complaint, although some cases may take more time. If you remain unhappy with the outcome, you are welcome to contact us again.
